Can I change my course?
Absolutely! As long as you provide us with 45 days’ notice, you can switch your course up to two times without any additional charges.
What’s your refund policy?
For courses rescheduled within 45 days, there are no refunds available due to the costs associated with course materials. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How should I make payment?
To secure your spot, we require a 50% deposit upon registration, with the remaining 50% due 24 hours prior to the start of the online program.
Can I invite others to join?
You can easily manage your guest invitations through our convenient online platform in the “Invites” section. Whether it’s you or our team, everyone has control over the guest list.
What credentials do I receive upon completing an online course?
Upon successful completion of the online course, you will receive a digital certificate in our platform.
